Orders are carefully quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,899 across India.
Orders are generally processed within 13 business days.
Estimated delivery is typically 37 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
Tracking information will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
UNBOXING VIDEO
For the protection of both the customer and SUVEDH, please record a clear, continuous and unedited video while opening the shipment.
The video should begin before opening the outer courier package and clearly show:
- Shipping label
- Sealed outer package
- Complete unboxing process
- Jewellery received
- Any damage, missing item or incorrect product
Claims relating to damaged, missing or incorrect products must be supported by a clear continuous unboxing video.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there is an issue with your order, please contact SUVEDH within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns/exchanges may be accepted for:
- Incorrect product received
- Product received damaged
- Manufacturing defect
- Eligible size/variant exchange, where applicable
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned jewellery must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Have tags/seals intact where supplied
- Include original jewellery box/pouch and accessories
- Have no scratches, alterations, perfume/chemical exposure or signs of use
All returned products will undergo quality inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless received damaged, defective or incorrect.
These may include:
- Earrings and hygiene-sensitive jewellery
- Personalised/custom products
- Altered or resized products
- Gift cards
- Products marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
CHANGE OF MIND
For eligible customer-initiated returns that are not due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product reaches SUVEDH and passes quality inspection, the approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund processing is generally initiated within 45 business days after approval.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting SUVEDH as soon as possible.
Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable return policy will apply.
